NASPO ValuePoint is the cooperative purchasing arm of the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). Its master agreements are solicited and awarded by a lead state on behalf of all participating states — so once a state joins, its agencies and eligible local entities can buy without repeating the procurement.
