All documents submitted for translation are treated as strictly confidential. Our translators and staff are bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not retain your documents longer than necessary to deliver your project and comply with applicable law.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Our client portal uses Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security. We use HTTPS on all pages. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.
